Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For U.S. orders, estimated delivery is typically 8–12 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or fulfillment centers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Batteries Not Included is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or has shipped.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
